Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Territory Account Manager has primary responsibility for growing sales by increasing the breadth and depth of products and services that existing customers buy from Colony, and by finding new customers through referrals and prospecting. Success in this position requires constant and consistent contact with decision makers at contractor’s offices and jobsites by telephone and in person. Is expected to broaden our product offering at target accounts by leveraging existing successes and making the customer aware of our unmatched customer service and delivery capabilities.
Must be able to travel long distances to meetings, seminars, training sessions and customer calls. May also require occasional overnight trips. Excellent attendance, punctuality and a customer service mindset are mandatory.
