Colony Hardware is seeking an innovative and dynamic Human Resources professional to join its team. The ideal candidate should have a strong human resources generalist background and have a track record of driving best practices across the business. You will be a part of creating and reinforcing a high performance, collaborative culture across the business. As a business partner, you will provide strategic advice, and help in aligning HR team to the overall business by supporting an aggressive growth strategy. In addition, you will be a part of a dynamic & innovative Human Resources team focused on creating a best in class experience for employees. Education -- BA in Human Resources, management or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience – 3-5 years in the Human Resource field.
